You’ve been invited to your loved one’s care circle!
Your home care agency has invited you to work with them on Mariposa—a secure place to stay connected, informed, and supported.
Each care circle has one admin and any number of members. All members are able to see the care progress and interact with the rest of the circle regarding the care of your loved one. The Admin has the ability to more deeply collaborate with the agency as the main point of contact regarding the loved one’s care, as you will see below.
This page includes information on how working with your agency on Mariposa will help with care coordination and communication and collaboration with your agency. When you accept that invite, you’ll unlock a shared space for everyone in your Care Circle to stay organized, informed, and involved in your loved one’s day‑to‑day care, specifically:
- See updates from your care team
- Keep medications, visits, and notes in one place
- Stay connected with family and caregivers
- Feel confident nothing important is being missed
- Collaborate with agency on care assessment, create and assign tasks and invite other members (admin only)
Once you download the app and log in, you will be able to view the progress of the care being provided and interact with the care circle directly from the app!
What do I do next?
Step Two
Log in with your mobile number
Use the same phone number that received your invitation by text message or email.
You’ll be guided directly into your family’s care circle with your care team.
Step Three
Access your loved’s one’s care details
Now you are ready to collaborate with your agency directly from the mobile app!
Use the main menu to access your loved one’s Needs Assessment and Calendar as well as caregiver shifts.
